Breath Dojo 7 in person or Online

A full day of breath consciousness every 3 hrs we will have a alchemy breathwork session. All levels of breathwork can benefit. Start time is 3 AM est End time is 12 AM the next day. Come and go as you please and join in any time.

In person hosted here in Miami: Refreshments will be available. Sauna, pool and skyline view are also options during break hours. Online breathers will join via zoom. This style of breathing is parasympathetic focused hence your not going to pass out etc. This is also geared so you can take these tools into the real world beyond the sit-down session. Video playback is yours for a lifetime.
