Each person is inherently equipped with a capacity for understanding and foresight, although not all individuals recognize these active abilities. We’re perpetually enveloped in the thoughts and energetic vibrations of those around us, yet only a small portion of people acknowledge this, and an even smaller subset knows how to purge these energy accumulations.

An even more limited number realize that when they’re targeted by someone else’s mental or emotional disruptions, they’re being prompted to eliminate any hidden remnants within their own consciousness that may have lured in these external energies. Regardless of whether the experiences we attract are sourced from our own psyche or another’s, we are active contributors and there’s an opportunity for a mutual and significant energy cleansing.

Nonetheless, relief from discomfort is only achievable for those who not only comprehend this, but also conscientiously apply their understanding and the required practices to maintain their energy health. Those who remain unaware of their inherent capacity for understanding and foresight, making no efforts to lighten their energy body, will endlessly reproduce their discomfort.

Embracing a daily routine that involves the five elements—allowing them to burn (fire), breathe (air), drench (water), stabilize (earth), and infiltrate (space)—ensures the maintenance of our energy body’s purity. Just as we can’t purely conceptualize our house or dishes into cleanliness, we can’t theorize our energy body into purity either. Proactively interacting with these elements offers a practical ritual that surpasses the restrictive cognitive patterns which initially spawned any energy disarray.
