Here’s how to begin:

1. Centered Stillness

Stand (or sit) with your hands at your center—just below the navel.
Feet shoulder-width apart.
Close your mouth.
Breathe only through your nose.
Let this be gentle. Let your body remember.

Do this for a few minutes—no rush. You’re arriving.

2. Vacuum Activation

Now with each inhale:

Draw the stomach in gently. (Like a light vacuum—no straining.)
On the exhale, let go. Let your body fall into gravity.
Keep everything nasal.
Make your exhales longer than your inhales.

Feel the flow.
Feel the breath move from survival… to signal.

3. Rib Cage Resonance

Add vibration—add life.

On the exhale, begin tapping your rib cage lightly with your fingertips.
On the inhale, return your hands back to center.
Repeat.

Tap with rhythm. Tap with awareness.
Go as long as you’re comfortable.
This is not about intensity—it’s about vibration.
The longer the exhale, the deeper the resonance.
